Home Theater Design
The most important component in any home cinema system has no switches, no power source, no plugs of any kind. It isn’t a component at all, really. It’s the room. The room has a far greater impact on sound quality than any piece of equipment used in the room. And every room – even one designed from the very beginning as a home theater – presents its own unique set of challenges. Then of course, there is everything that goes into the room – the components, furniture, acoustic features, lighting and controls and how it all works together and how it all looks together – that is the design. The end of this phase culminates in full CAD-generated construction prints that reflect all the input, decisions, elements and stylings that will eventually become a part of the finished home cinema project.
